Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the khelo baji platform (including the website at khelo-baji.com and any associated mobile-optimised versions), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any additional rules or policies published on the platform from time to time.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player" or "User") and khelo baji ("the Company", "we", "us", or "our"). Age Verification

khelo baji reserves the right to request proof of age from any user at any time, including during registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following a routine compliance review. Acceptable forms of identification include a valid national ID card, passport, or driving licence issued by Bangladesh or another recognised jurisdiction.

If a user is found to be under 18 years of age, or has provided false documentation to circumvent the age verification process, the Company will:

• Immediately close the account without notice.
• Void all bets placed and cancel all pending withdrawals.
• Retain any deposited funds for reporting to the relevant authorities where required by applicable law.
• Report the incident to appropriate child protection authorities if deemed necessary.

Account Registration

Account Security

Account Verification (KYC)

Account Closure & Suspension

Limitation of Liability

The Company's total liability to any user for any claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that user in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
